Urgent Care

Imperial Health Urgent Care Centers, located in Lake Charles and Moss Bluff, are open early, late and on weekends to provide convenient care for minor illnesses and injuries. No appointment is necessary. Care at our centers is provided by primary care physicians, certified nurse practitioners and trained, experienced support staff.

We offer treatment for colds and allergies, sore throats, earaches, fever, the flu, stomach aches, sprains and strains, minor cuts and lacerations, allergic reactions, rashes and other non-emergency medical concerns. Routine prevention and wellness services are also available, including school physicals and immunizations.
