Tyler Zachary, M.D.

Originally from Sulphur, Louisiana, Dr. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering with a chemical engineering concentration from McNeese State University. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, and completed a fellowship in endocrinology & metabolism at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.

Dr. Zachary is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Clinical Endocrinology and the Endocrine Society.

Dr. Zachary practices at the Endocrinology Center of Southwest Louisiana, an affiliate of Imperial Health. The Center provides specialized treatment of metabolic disorders, including the management of thyroid disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and pituitary and adrenal disorders.
