Thomas Mulhearn IV, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Cardiologist, Dr. Thomas Mulhearn is a Southwest Louisiana native and graduate of Barbe High School in Lake Charles. Dr. Mulhearn received his pre-medical education at Louisiana State University. He earned a medical doctorate from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, followed by an internship and residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Osler Medical Housestaff Training Program. He went on to complete a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Duke University School of Medicine and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the University of Alabama Birmingham.

Dr. Mulhearn is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine, as well as in interventional cardiology. He specializes in interventional cardiology, cardiac stents, peripheral vascular disease intervention, carotid artery disease, and catheter-based treatments for valvular and structural heart disease.
