Job Summary:
As the IT Program Manager, with general direction and guidance from the Director of IT, the incumbent is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Support high priority enterprise business process improvement and business process reengineering initiatives
- Assess IT operations to identify opportunities in need of transformation (gap analysis, gap elimination)
- Identify and facilitate implementation of low investment, high return Programs
- Take ownership of IT related programs and invest time and resources necessary to facilitate ongoing high performance operations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in transformational business process improvement projects
- Project management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in building coalitions – through partnership, influencing/negotiating while being able to navigate internal and external barriers
- Ability to lead strategic plan development activities
- Technical skills to own IT/Business related programs
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors or Associate’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field
- 4 years working within an IT department as technical manager or project manager
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across business lines influence and effect change
- Intellectual curiosity and integrity
- Motivated and driven to achieve long-term business outcomes

- Passion for driving business, culture, and technology change in dynamic and complex organization

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
