GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
To provide the highest level of service to Imperial Imaging patients and referring physicians.  Perform Ultrasound procedures as directed by on-site radiologist.

SUPERVISION REQUIRED:
Imaging Manager

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
This position does not supervise any employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  1. Ensure that patient, referring physician, and radiologist needs are met.
  2. Ensure that all duties are performed in an efficient manner and in compliance with regulations.
  3. Perform Ultrasound procedures.
  4. Log patients and exams performed each day.
  5. Assists receptionist and other techs as needed.
  6. Monitor equipment performance and notifies the supervisor of any repair assistance needed.
  7. Performs other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. High School diploma or equivalent
  2. Ultrasound Certification and Bachelor’s Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:
Previous radiology & ultrasound experience preferred
